The Reicholds have a lovely front lawn and sweet canine members of their family. They were a perfect fit for a truly on-location portrait session!

Courtney wanted to make sure that her youngest child didn’t get slighted when it comes to family portraits. So, we met at their home where, after grabbing a few shots of all three kids, we worked with Fiona through several outfit changes. They have a lovely new home with plenty of nooks and crannies for great settings.

Before the Granada family grows by two more feet, they wanted to capture one more series of family portraits. The front of their neighborhood made a lovely setting where we could keep cool on a very hot day.

The Turpin family wanted lush grounds for the setting for their maternity/family portraits, and just love the landscaping at our state capitol building. The grounds are well cared for and make a great setting for family portraits with a Texas twist.

We always love working pets into family portraits. They are so much fun and show off the whole family. Mueller Park is dog-friendly (and brand new!) so it made the perfect setting.

This little one gave us a real run for our money. Despite the very hot day, she was full of energy and wanted to run, Run, RUN. There isn’t much reasoning to be done with a 1 year old, so we just chased and played and had a fabulous time.

Downtown Round Rock, Texas has a lot of great nooks and crannies for portrait sessions with small groups. And, there is a big green field with a pretty wall that makes a perfect backdrop for sitting poses.

Chris and Whitney found us on Yelp! and contacted me with an urgent portrait session while all the family was in town. The calendar worked in our favor, so we were able to accommodate them during the window of availability.

Shannon wanted something unique for their family images. After getting rained out, we ended up at their venue on a rainy day, anyway. (No complaints here. I remember how bad/dry last summer was!) We had fun dodging rain drops and crafting photo spots out of corners of the place. Big huge thanks to Spider House for letting us play in your space.

Toddler sessions are such fun. While Sheri and her family prepare for the arrival of the next addition to their family, they also wanted to capture this magical time with their firstborn.

We had so much fun with the Taylors for their family portrait session. It was a brutally hot afternoon, but their laughter and antics kept all of us smiling for the entire session.
