Every year, in June, Debbie and Steve have a new portrait made. She has a book of all the ones from previous years. What a wonderful way to celebrate your anniversary! And what a fabulous book of memories year after year!

NBX is a north Austin networking organization. This year, our group celebrated its 10th anniversary. In true Austin fashion, we did so with a big party designed to include anyone who had ever been a member of the group. Instead of the usual ~50 attendees, we had a massive group of ~150. That made for a very large game of Simon Says, let by Matt Stephans of Competition Unlimited. Other entertainment included a short dog performance, travel education, Feng Shui of business cards, massages, readings, and other things mystical, and, of course, updated avatar photos and a few candid shots from As You Wish! There were also several prizes and other goodies. It was a great event.

March 31, 2001, we said “I Do”. Nine years of bliss. I can honestly say that each day is better than the one before.
Hoppy Easter
Every year for Easter, our whole Luza-side family goes camping on some family land. We pitch tents, build campfires, and just enjoy time together with no agenda. It’s wonderful. Perhaps the best part is time away from a computer. Phone service is spotty, too! It really is a break from our daily grind.
