For the last two years, we have donated time at the Knowbility booth at the South by Southwest Interactive/Film (SxSWi) Trade Show. Working with technology and designers/developers who help those in need is always a rewarding experience.
During the very limited down time, we grabbed a few hosts of the volunteers/staff at the booth and guests engaging in demonstrations. However, with SxSWi attendance over 15,000 this year—surpassing the number of registrants for SxSW Music—there was very little downtime. What a wonderful problem to have!

Today, the Statesman reported some exciting local wedding news:

Congratulations, Colt & Rachel. We wish you a wonderful engagement, easy wedding planning, and a lifetime of happiness!
It was a cold and dreary day at the Avery Ranch Holiday Bazaar, but these ladies from HealthierChoices4U.com were motivating and full of energy. I just love their matching scarf and mitten sets!

Thank you, ladies, for providing so much warmth to everyone on such a cold day!
We had so much fun at the Avery Ranch Holiday Bazaar today. It was quite cold and little damp, but the vendors were all wonderful and nice. The guests were all cute and bundled.
Two ladies are really interested in hosting portrait parties in January, so if you’ve been considering one of these, book now because the Friday sessions are going, going, gone.
Thank you, Avery Ranch Social Committee for your friendly hospitality!
The 12th Annual Celebration of Life luncheon hosted by the Austin Alumnae chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha was a huge success. The event featured a silent auction with over 100 amazing items, a fashion show where breast cancer survivors modeled the latest fashions, and a keynote address by Texas’ First Lady, Anita Perry.
To my ZTA sisters, thank you so much for letting As You Wish photography be part of this lovely event. Working with you all and with the fundraiser is truly an honor.
We are excited to be part of this fabulous event and hope that you’ll join us for what promises to be a wonderful event.
